Manufacturing & Quality 

           

One of the most important aspects of our company is the management of the production that is organised into three branches: Plastic materials’ moulding; Compressors assembly; Ultimate assembly.
100% control of the production processes through our monitoring system permits us to guarantee a high and constant quality over time to all our customers.
Our engineers are responsible of the design and development of our products, whose realisation is carefully accomplished through sophisticated and computerised systems and takes advantages from 40 years of experience in this Field too.

The diagnostic line is cetified by Norditalia which is the registered holder of the CE mark of the product according to the Directive 93/42 EEC. The manufacture of the diagnostic line is entrusted to our sister company, which has its headquarters in Taiwan and which has over 20 years of experience in this field. 


 

 Technical innovation 

Norditalia works since 1967 in the manufacturing of aerosol therapy devices, producing quality products with innovative technological contents. Thanks to this activity Costant of Research and Development, Norditalia has applied for a PCT patent in 2007 relevant to a new aerosol therapy product, on whose basis we are developing the manufacture of many new models. This technology has managed to reach a good optimization in the assembling process and it also has realized a compact device with high performances. 


 

 Certification 

Our quality system is certified and conforms to the ISO 9001 (9120.NOR7) and ISO 13485 (9124.NOR8) standards and all our products are constructed accordingly to the IEC 60 601-1 and IEC 60 335-1 standards. All our products are CE marked according to the Directive 93/42 EEC. The approval of important national organisations such as the I.M.Q., UL, CSA represents an additional guarantee of quality of our products too.
